Loyalty Program

At Mozaico, we value our customers, that’s why, we’ve created a loyalty program that will give you the chance to gain points with every purchase, and spend them! 

Our loyalty program consists of three tiers: Base, Gold and Platinum.

Base Tier:

You are considered a Base tier member when your overall purchase value is less than 5,000 USD. As a Base member, you earn 1 point for every USD spent on our website. When you want to redeem your points, every 50 points are equal to 1 USD.

Gold Tier:

You are considered a Gold tier member when you have spent between 5,000 USD and 10,000 USD. As soon as you reach the 5000 USD benchmark you will receive an additional 2500 points! When you're a Gold Tier member, you will earn 1 point for every USD spent on our website. Again, like the previous tier, if you want to redeem your points, every 50 points are equal to 1 USD.

Platinum Tier:

When you spend more than 10,000 USD on our website, you will be considered a Platinum tier member. Upon reaching the 10,000 USD benchmark, you will automatically receive an additional 5000 points! As a Platinum member, you will earn 1 point for every USD spent. Similar to the other tiers, when redeeming your points each 50 points are equal to 1 USD.
