Are your mosaics available in stock?

No, all our mosaics are made to order to match your preferences. However, a selection of ready-to-ship mosaics is available in our clearance section.

What is the production lead time?

The standard production lead time is 4-8 weeks. If you're in a hurry, you can pay an additional cost to have your mosaic produced in 2-3 weeks.

What does "Made to Order" mean?

We have over 7,000+ mosaic art designs, and only clearance items are in stock. All other mosaics are made upon request, ensuring each piece is handcrafted with care before shipping

Do you offer mosaic kits for DIY projects?

Yes, we provide mosaic kits for all designs available on our website.

What should I do if I’m unsure about the size?

Why do you include extra tiles in the package?

Extra tiles are included as a precaution to ensure easy replacement if any pieces come loose during shipping. This does not indicate damage, as our mosaics are meticulously handcrafted.

Are all your mosaics handcrafted?

Yes, every mosaic is fully handmade using natural marble and semi-precious stones. Our artisans follow traditional techniques perfected by the Greeks, Romans, and Byzantines.

How can I experience the texture and quality before purchasing?

You can order a 12x12-inch sample for $60 to assess the craftsmanship, stone thickness, and colors before making a purchase.

How do your product prices compare to others in the market?

Despite offering premium-quality mosaics, our prices remain highly competitive due to bulk sourcing of raw materials, ensuring excellent value.

What is the thickness of your mosaic pieces?

Our mosaics are 8 mm (3/8 inches) thick and come with a durable mesh backing for easy installation.

Are your mosaics slippery?

Our mosaics are anti-slip, with a slip resistance rating of R11 for honed finishes and R10 for polished finishes.

Can I purchase loose mosaic stones?

Yes, we offer a variety of hand-cut marble and quartz mosaic stones, available for purchase by weight for custom artwork.

Are your mosaics suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, our mosaics are designed for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Is your mosaic frost-resistant?

Yes, our mosaics withstand extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures and high heat. They are also chemical-resistant, making them perfect for swimming pools.

Can I frame a mosaic for floor use?

No, frames can only be added to wall-mounted mosaics.

Can mosaics be placed in wet areas?

Yes, but they must be properly grouted for durability.

Is grouting required for mosaic installations?

Grouting is not required for interior walls but is essential for floors, exterior walls, and wet areas

What is the difference between regular grout and epoxy grout?

Regular grout is cement-based and requires sealing, while epoxy grout is waterproof, stain-resistant, and self-sealing.

Care & Maintenance 

How do I maintain my mosaic?

 Apply a 2-in-1 color enhancer and sealer once a year to protect and enhance colors 

How can I make my mosaic colors pop?

 A color enhancer makes stones more vibrant, while a sealer preserves and protects the finish.

What grout color and type do you recommend?

 We recommend charcoal grey unsanded epoxy grout, which: 
✔ Enhances colors
✔ Provides contrast
✔ Is waterproof, stain-resistant, and self-sealing

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship worldwide?

 Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.

How are mosaics shipped?

 Our mosaics come on a mesh backing and are either rolled and securely wrapped or packed flat if ordered with a frame or for stone art.

What is the shipping time?

 Once production is complete and the design is approved, shipping takes 7-10 days via DHL Express

Who is responsible for custom fees and import duties?

 For orders shipped within the USA, we cover all import duties. However, for orders shipped outside the USA, the customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees or import duties

What is your return policy?

 You have 30 days from the date you receive your mosaic to request a return, provided it is unused and in its original condition, with a 75% reimbursement (excluding custom orders), and all shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. If the mosaic hasn't been shipped and you haven't approved the final design, you can cancel for a 75% refund.
