An original painting by Louis-Jean-Francois Lagrenee, a famous French painter during the 1700s. This "Charles and Ubalde, Surrounded by Nymphs" portrays them on their way to rescue Renaud from the Palais Darmide, a historical event which is an illustration for the "La Gerusalemme Liberata" book.
